The pond froze over just enough to bust out the ice skates a couple of weeks ago.  This was only my 2nd or 3rd attempt at ice skating ever.  If I remember correctly, the first time I tried skating on the pond I used Izzy for balance.   🙂

This time I was able to pull myself up on my own only to soon discover that Pete was extremely interested and very confused as to what the hell I was doing.  It was his first ice skating adventure.
